HB 1191
(Weaver/Weedn): Amends the issuance of physical disability
placards by requiring those issued prior to October 31, 1990
to be renewed on the last day of the month in which the
placard was issued. The person to whom the placard was
issued must follow procedure in current law to obtain a
subsequent placard.
