HB 1597
(Fields/Littlefield): Modifies requirements for ABLE
Commission license applicants to delete the requirement that
a deed, management or purchasing agreement or lease be for a
period of at least one year to run concurrent with the
license term. This provision is also deleted as grounds for
refusal to issue a license.
